copy a range of cell values to another range of cells if one cell = 1

Hi , i have a range of cells that change value once a minute. i want to record the values of these cells into another range of cells if a specified cell that is not in the range of cells = 1. As the cells update every minute, i have so far been able to do using formulae, but the range that have been recorded into change as well to the new values every minute. I guess vba is the answer?

oops. forgot to add: i want it to apply to all open sheets in the workbook. the cell that = 1 is the same and the range of cells to be copied is the same on each sheet, but the values vary. i want each sheets copied cells to be copied onto the same range specified, but on its respective sheet
