    Transposing Recurring List of Records

I have a list of 300+ records encompassing 9 fields for each record, in what is now a vertical list of 3000+ rows (9 rows of fields per record, then an empty line). Current format of file:

    1-Name
    1-Address 1
    1-Address 2
    1-City
    1-State
    1-Zip
    1-Email
    1-Phone
    1-Company
    Empty line
    2-Name
    2-Address 1
    2-Address 2
    2-City
    2-State
    2-Zip
    2-Email
    2-Phone
    2-Company
    Empty Line
    Repeat for 320 records

I need to format this with the 9 fields for each record transposed across 9 columns, with the corresponding record data then shown underneath across a single row. Thoughts on approach? Thanks for your help.

Not sure what your worksheet looks like exactly, but this may help as a guide, at least:

    vlookup.xlsx
