Code to highlight cell

Hi everyone

Im wondering If anyone would be kind enough to answer my Q.

I have a worksheet that I use in my stores, I have 2 columns amongst others that are stock level & Re-order level, Im wondering if it can be coded so if the stock level drops under the re-order level, it high lights the cell in red and stays that way until the stock level is updated and the number rises past the re-order level

Can any one help please?

Should be pretty easy to achieve with conditional formatting (no macro needed).
