    Worksheet Name #3: Increased
Date Red Yellow Green Orange White
    8/8/08 3.03 0.03 0.398 24 2
    8/9/08

    Worksheet Name #4: Totals

    Monday =
    Tuesday =
    Wednesday =
    Thursday =
    Friday =
    Sep =
    Oct =
    Nov =
    Dec =
    Jan =

    Hey Dave,

I attached a spreadsheet that has 4 worksheets, worksheets 1-3 has the data. Worksheet #4 is the page, Column B, I would like it to be automatically updated using the data from worksheet 1-3. Everyday including weekends I will be inputing down in worksheet 1-3 for many years, hopefully forever.

    Please help.

    Try index match,
Here is your example back, look at the changes I made.First sheet had date and time, changed it to date only.data in reports did not match the headings in the other sheets, your example showed a different date than what the results would have been.

How do I do index match? I would like worksheet labeled, Reports, worksheet #4, column C, to pull data from the other 3 worksheets. Most of the fields I want but not all of them. On worksheet #1, only the columns B, C, and D. Worksheet #2, #3, I want to use all of them.
