Hi everyone

Just came across this website and saw that there's a lot of experts on here.

I'm sure this problem may have been raised before but I was wondering whether anyone could help?

I've recently been sent a financial breakdown list for a project from my client in australia. However the amount is all in australian dollars, and before I consult with my team I would like to convert this list to GBP. At the moment the currency rate is 1GBP to 2.12 AUD. The list is incredibly long so I've transferred the expenses to an excel spreadsheet; however instead of going to each individual cell and dividing each figure by 2.12, is there a way of just simply entering a formula or creating a macro to "run" so that all the figures could easily be changed to GBP?

The alternative that I found is this program called ASAP Utilities which seems to have a function where i can just select a worksheet and "run" a calculation (in this case "divide" by 2.12).

Any suggestions/advice would be grateful
