After macro, crash if save

Hi everybody, i hope you can help me out this time too...
I don't know why but excel (v2007) crashes sometimes while saving after i used a macro's form. The issue looks like completely random... Sometimes it crashes, sometimes it doesn't...

The code it's too long... i've attached it to this post

Just kidding,

Is it Possible to attach a sample workbook explaining what you want to do, it is possible the code could be shortened quit a bit without using so many selects, and maybe some loops can be performed.

If you could save the workbook as a .xls instead of .xlsx would be great as well because a lot of members are still using xl2003

Is it possible that excel runs out of memory?
I use Form.Show to launch the script window and then the unload me to close it. Should i put something else?

PS: i can't attach the file because it's too heavy, and to create a sample file won't help without copy all the fields in the worksheets...
