VBA Training

Hello,

I have been lurking around the forum and experimenting with VBA aimlessly for about 2 weeks or so and I would really like to dive in and learn in a more structured manner.

From an experts point of view, what is the best way to embark on this journey? I will appreciate any direction i can get; where should i start and what are the best tools to get it going?
