automated timed data lookup and storing

Not sure if the title is properly descriptive but im curious if the following can be done. Id like excel to generate new cells in a column in ten minute intervals with the data being taken from one cell that i have linked to an external data source. so at time=0 the value in say cell B1 would be whatever the value in that linked cell was and in ten minutes excel would display the value in the linked cell in cell B2 then B3 ten minutes thereafter, etc. etc. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. thank you

Paste the following codes in the macro window (Alt F11 Insert > module)

Run the macro. It will copy cell B1 every ten min and pastes in col B with their time in col A
