Display Time Elapse

Hi,

Did anyone has a sample codes which shows the time elpased while running a procedure/macro?

Like for intance, display the time elapsed in useform1.label1 while running a long procedures which aproximately runs for five minutes.

The more sample code the better.
Hope you could provide.

Type TIMER in the VBE and press F1.

Thanks for the "TIMER", but I expect something like a form with label and the label cation change every after a second.
