simple "and" question

I have the following code:

For some reason code1 executes even if Range("t_P2_s").Value = 0
I do not want it to execute unless all ranges are > 0
What's the problem with it?

You've written that entirely correctly which leads me to suspect that your value in t_P2_s is not what you think it is (could it be formatting disguising its true value, or possibly a result of Excel's limited precision, in which case you might be best advised to round the result before you test it).
