    Reverse Vlookup

I have a workbook with two (2) sheets.
Sheet 1 contains 2 columns with multiple rows
Sheet 2 contains only 1 column also with multiple rows.

Basically, what i would like to do is compare the value of my sheets 1 column 2 and find the corresponding value in sheet 1 column 1, then capture the value on column 1 of the matching sheet2. it is almost like a reverse vlookup but i need the value on the left cell instead of the right cell. is this possible?.

    Hi,

Can you upload a working example and a note indicating what result you expect. It's always easier if we can see the problem in context.

    Regards
