Macro to hide lower priority projects

I have a spreadsheet containing all of the ongoing projects in my department, and have been trying to write a macro that will instantly hide all of the lower priority projects. Ideally, the macro would hide any and all rows that have either an empty cell or the text "No" in their column L, and rows with "Yes" in their column L would remain un-hidden.

I've gotten some really great tips from this site and have been trying to incorporate that info into writing a macro that will accomplish the above, but so far I've been failing miserably.

    Anyone have any suggestions?....
