How to use 'Column' name in VBA functions

Hi All, I am new to VBA and have written a small function which finds a Color (Color Fill in a cell) Match in a given range of cells and on the basis of the match concats the information for all matches in one cell e.g. Name, Company etc. I have used the Offset function to accomplish this, but now I have multiple columns where I need to run this function. This moves the offset every time and it is a pain to change the offset value every time. The Columns that I need to pull the information out of is always A, B, C in the excel worksheet. The program I wrote is as under. Would much appreciate your support.
