create macro to delete row with a date previous to current date

I want to have my spreadsheet automatically delete rows that have dates previous to whatever the present date is. I am very new at this, so it would be great if you started from scratch. My column of dates is in column A.

Yes, I have three columns of data. Row 1 contains titles for each column. Column A contains a list of various dates. I would like to have the old dates and all other data in the same row as the old date automatically deleted.
