Ho do I upload an Excel WorkBook to a SharePoint Document Library using VBA

To All Experts:
I have an excel workbook, which has a custom button ' upload data'. Every time the user clicks the button, a Macro runs which ideally should make use of a web service to upload the work book into a Share Point document Library. These workbooks are distributed to multiple users geographically, who will upload the workbook to the Share Point Document Library without being exposed to the Share Point site Interface. At the same time we also need to track multiple Versions, every time a user makes any changes. We have tried ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs method, which in this case only saves the workbook for the first time, but gives a run time error if the user clicks the upload button again. There re examples on MSDN using SP Object Model which doesn't seem to fit our requirements because this has to be done remotely.
Please give some helpful hints. I will be very thankful

SharePoint is supported by both C# and VB.Net. Neither of which are really part of this forum, and as far as I know not supported by VBA. You would be better served by post your questions in a news group dedicated to SharePoint.
