MS Query to Display All Records

    Hello,

I am using MS Query to talk to a Access database, and I have Parmeter fields that are linked to cells which tell the queries what to run.

What I would like to work out is how to get all the recordset, via that same query.

So for instance. I have the State Parameter field, I enter a state and it works fine, but I would like to get all States displayed.

    Many thanks,

    JC,

What if you delete the state value completely?

I would prefer not to delete the state field, because I need that query to also display state information when needed.
