Macro for Repeated Values from Multiple Columns

Hi, I would like to get only the repeated data from all the 8 columns in the spreadsheet. I am attaching a spreadsheet which has 8 columns. Each column has 2 headings and some data. the number of rows are not equal in all the columns.

My question is I would like to have a macro when run gives me only the data which contains in all the eight columns.

I cannot use proper table because the data in the spreadsheet is an output from some other software and the data is too large. it has more than 3000 rows of 8 columns and if i have a macro to get only the repeated data from all the columns it will be great. Thanks
