Invoice Based on information in Timesheet.

I need help linking my daily time ticket to my Contact Ticket. Basically what I do now is I make a daily time ticket with all employees and equipment with the hours they work. I then enter the same information into the contract. Spreadsheet ,and the contract ticket will automatically associate a certain occupation or piece of equipment and bring up that price from hidden cells within the workbook all I have to do is fill in employee, eqipment and hrs on the contract ticket.. For the next day I copy sheet on both Time sheet and contract ticket change dates and continue on. This works pretty well but if I have a few different afe,s for the same day, it can become time consuming. What I would like to do is link my daily time ticket with my contract ticket so I just have to enter my information in my daily time ticket and it would automatically make out a contract ticket (one for every different afe). I made the ticket&contract ticket myself but I think this would be way over my head. If anyone could do this for me and let me know what they would charge I would pay them. I have attached the time ticket and contract ticket I would appreciate your help. Thanks Ben

Do you have this in something other than a 'snag' file? Not familiar with that, can't open it.

An example workbook is much better than a picture.
    Hope that helps.
