Change option button when useform is cleared

I have a useform with 5 text boxes and two option buttons (pass and fail). The pass option button has been set so that it defaults to this on opening the form.
However I have added a Command button that writes the data to excel and clears the form. When this is clicked the text boxes clear, I also need the option to default back to pass. Unsure how to do this. Help would be really appreciated.
