.SetRange question

I recorded a macro with the following line in the VB:

.SetRange Range("A1:G5972")

I selected the entire worksheet during the recording, so A1:G5972 represents the extent of data on the sheet in this particular case.

How can I specify a .SetRange that works for any data range. cheers.
