Apearing of List box

I have a data in col a of sheet1 (suppose Party Name in col a). I need code for whenever i go to col a of sheet2 (whatever the cell is select) the list box or combobox appear consisting of data from sheet1 of col a to enter the data in relevant cell of sheet2.

thankx, but the problem is that i have to go througout the list to choose a particular name. suppose there is a name of "sameer" at cell A9898, then i have to pass over a list until record cell A9898 reaches. I need code such like in combobox whenever i hit a keyboard suppose type "s" it reaches to records beginning with "S" and so on.
