moving a lot of lines into columns

Here is the way my data looks now.

    1 MXAR05 / ARCO GAS
    2
    3 840 SAN ANTONIO RD.
    4 PALO ALTO,CA 94303 USA
    5
    6
    7
    8 MXAR06 / ARTEGA'S SUPERMARK
    9
    10
    11 933 E DUANE AVE.
    12 SUNNYVALE,CA 94086 USA
    13

and I would like it to look like this: ( - REPRESENTS COLUMN)

    1 MXAR05 / ARCO GAS - 840 SAN ANTONIO RD. - PALO ALTO,CA 94303 USA

Is this possible or do I need to just move everything into place one by one.

    That worked great thank you.

Is their away to do that for 500 of these sections of data and for them to show on their own row?
