paste Excel to Access

Hi everyone,
It's me again (and Yes, i come from another planet where we don't have IT skill !)

I want to paste Excel data to an ACCESS table.
The table already contains data, the cursor is on cell A1
The last line of the table is formated with AutoNumber in column A and I need to paste from column B to G.

The Excel data is already selected by the last Excel macro.

I'm not sure I fully understand. A few questions:

> Are you trying to paste data from Excel to an existing Access Database? If so, to a new table?
> Are there password restrictions on this existing database?
> Do you want to save a copy of the sheet?
