Inserting image in Excel sheet based on EMP ID

Hi,

I have an excel sheet where I have to retrieve the image of particular Employee based on EMPID.
I have images in my local system My Documents. Should I store images and EMPID in one excel sheet and use it to retrieve in another excel sheet ? Please let me know how to retrieve it ...........

Let me be clear in my requirement...... I have an excel sheet where it has employee details and images in some folder. When I give particular EMP ID it retrieves the data of that employee and I need to display image of that employee based on EMP ID on the resultant excel sheet. To be clear.....

Excel sheet1:

EMPID NAME JOB
1234 RAH ACCOUNTANT
1236 HTY OFFICER

Excel sheet2:

EMPID IMAGE
1236 (IMAGE OF 1236)
1234 (IMAGE OF 1234)

Now in sheet3 if I give EMPID and for that EMPID it has to display details of that employee in below format:

EMPID NAME JOB IMAGE
1234 RAH ACCOUNTANT (IMAGE OF 1234)



Please let me know how to get it ..............

To retrieve the images from a file, it would help to know howw these fils have been named. Can you provide a few examples?
