About LinkBacksi entered two marco, one to open up and a certain sheet, and another to maximize upon opening. I know i must have entered the code wrong and now i when i open the excel file excle is not responding, can anybody please help

Not without knowing what you have done with your code. Does it open with macros disabled?

Try opening Excel with a new blank workbook. Then use the file open dialog box to open the file in question; however, you must select the file (one click only), then press and hold the SHIFT key while pressing the OPEN button. Then open the VB editor and fix your macros.
