U can use this folmual to separate first name and last name.
Assumption : Name is in Column A.

I havn't tested this.
You might want to check the work I did today to take into account double barrelled names as this will only split names with 2 spaces spearated strings.Please Login or Register to view this content.
You could always use the text to columns function in the data menu as well.
