changing copy and paste code to something more efficient

I have a macro that copies and pastes rows, depending on various conditions. The problem is, it takes ages, which in itself is fine, however during the running of it, I cannot copy and paste anything on any other application. Also I have heard that using copy and paste is not very efficient.

Can anyone give me examples of how I could improve my code below?
The 2nd example does update sheet 3, but the macro still runs.

To look at improving efficiency, I'd need to look at your workbook; if you post it up I'll take a look at it for you. MM.

I would love to post my spreadsheet however it's all data imports and macros, plus the actual workbook in it has lots of person identifying data in it.
I have attached a scaled down version of the workbook and the only macro conerned is as follows (All my macros are in the PERSONAL.XLS file)
