macro to count data and produce graph for time span

hello,

i have a document that places a one into a calender set up on each week that the activity takes place. each activity had an owning department and an activity sauce.
i would like to have a macro that will take number of times the activity is going to occur over a date range that is entered by the user when prompted and groups them into the owning department and its souse.

i have attached the workbook and a picture to give you an idea of the graph i would like it to produce and how the number of actives should be grouped.
