Macro to display the extra names between 2 columns

Hi

Can anyone suggest a macro that I can use to create a list of names which are extra between two different columns. Following is an example of what I want the macro to display in column C of the excel sheet. As you can see Bill is not in column A and Joseph is not there in column B, so column C displays Bill and Joseph and leaves all the other names which are common in both A and B columns....

Eg:
A B C
Robert Robert Bill
James Michael Joseph
Michael Bill
Joseph James

Please help!!!!
