Creating Tab Rows

Hi, I have worksheets with many Tabs, I wanted to know if it was possible to create Rows of Tabs? I have included a picture of what I am talking about.

You can't stack the tabs which is what I think you mean. You can right click the arrows bottom left to get a list of sheets or take a look at navigating a large workbook here
