Using MS Query to run Query on Worksheet in the same Workbook

I would like to know if it is possible through VBA to write a Microsoft Query on a Worksheet and return the results into a Worksheet in the same Workbook?

If so what is the syntax for doing this?

As always any help is greatly appreciated.

It has examples of queries against various data sources
(Oracle, MS Access, ....and an Excel Named Range).
NOTE: That file DOES have macros. They only run the queries.

Is that something you can work with?
