writing a macro to produce data for different intervals

I am sure this is simple, but I don't know how to do it.
I need to write a macro that will populate data from a given sheet corresponding to either 1 day, seven days or two weeks. At the momoent i have the data for the different intervals on on different sheets, what i want to be able to do is have one sheet to produce the data for the different time intervals when i click on a either of the time intervals.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

I have used auto filter for the range of intervals, however when i get to the criteria value it stops and gives me an error message...attached is an example of what the sheet looks like
