Conditional Formatting Macro

I am working in an excel 2007 spreadsheet. Column E displays a computer name and Column F displays the date and time the computer was rebooted. Here are some examples in the columns:

Computer1 01/01/2009 11:06:00 AM
Computer2 12/31/2008 7:31:00 AM
Computer3 10/01/2008 5:16:00 PM
Computer4 09/20/2008 12:50:00 PM

I want to delete the enteries in Column E and Column F if the date in Column F falls wthin a week of today's date. This will leave a list of computers that have not been rebooted within the past week.

I am new to macros and any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a small example of what my spreadsheet looks like. Columns A & B contain data from 09/03/08 and columns E & F contains data from 09/10/08. I would like to delete the data in columns E & F if the date in column F is between 09/03/08 - 09/10/08.
