How can I use Excel VBA to choose and push a button in a web-page?

I would like to download data, e g stock rates, from some web page into an Excel sheet. I would like ithe data to be downloaded whenever I run my VBA code. Since the URL-addresses to these web pages can change very often (even during a single day), it's a problem to include the direct URL in the code to just copy-paste the page including the interesting data into a worksheet. I figure a solution could be using VBA-code to choose and push a button or two in the web pages to take me to the right page and then copy-paste. Some example-code would be greate. I must add that I am a beginner in VBA.
