    Simple Open Macro Button

Hello just new to whole visual basic macro programming was wondering if someone is able to help me.
I am creating a simple macro button in excel that simply opens a file that is stored in my Document as you can see from my code below

This works without any problems however if I close the excel program, it doesn't remember any macros, whenever you run the macro button in the ribbon.

Also is there a way to stop comments such as below to appear while running macro.

    Thanks

Have you added a button/tab to the Excel 2007 Ribbon?
    Hope that helps.

Yes have added it to the ribbon for excel 2007.

But whenever close the excel program then open it again later on, it doesn't recognises the macro, as no longer available.

A button added to the ribbon will only show with that workbook unless you create an addin & amend it to show in all workbooks using the CustomUI Editor. See
