    Loop Lookup Aggregate Total

    Hi All

    Can you help with formula or programing to aggregate all the debits and credits by date by ID. Then calculate the net value for each ID (credit minus debit). By selecting a date, it will return total net amount of each ID.

    Right now I am pivoting the data then copy paste to daily tab. Wondering if there is an automated approach.

    Kelly, why not add a Calculated Field to your PT -- called Net with formula of:

    =credit_amount - debit_amount

    You could make Date a Page Field / Report Filter to show only one date at a time.
