Macro required to compare items from 2 sheets

Hi,

I have 2 sheets named as Detailed and Working.Can I have a macro which creates a new sheet in which only Items, Qyts, rates and amounts from both the sheets can be populated and compared as in the third sheet in the attached sample.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
