creating pfd document(s) from excel

Hi,

After some hours spent tralling through various things I have only managed to come up with a bit of code that only does part of what I need:-

Its the pdf bit I am having difficulty with. This runs find in creating numbered doucments but it doesn't save them as pdf documents. I think this is because I have created them as post script documents and then need to convert them to pdf. I have read (where I lifted the above from) that you need to have administrator rights on the network to do this. I do not have this so was wondering if there was another way to do?

Also, I would ideally like to batch all of these and just produce one document.
