Naming a fluctuating range

Hi all,

Hoping I could pick your brains again please?

I've got a spreadsheet which is created from a report off of 3rd party software. Because of the nature of the report, there could be any varying amount of rows of data, from 5 to 100-odd.

What I'm trying to do is name a range, however I do not know of a way of naming a range without using absolute references.

What I have at the moment:

That bloody "R2C4:R9C4" is what's screwing me over. Is there a way to name this selection without using absolute references?
