How can i convert into upper case every word in a given cell. For instance:
I have the following in column A:
books pen desk
i want it to be like this:
Books Pen Desk

How about just a formula: =Proper(A1)

I believe what you are asking for is Proper Case not Upper Case.
Try
Running the above code will convert Column A to Proper Case
