Smile Help Modifying a form created with VBA (4 new fields)

    VBA clueless/novice alert!!!

    Please help.

I have borrowed a user entry form from a tutorial which I want to use to enter data in a sheet.

I have deleted the stuff I don't need and added 4 more fields that I want to use to add to the data.

I really have no clue in VBA so please please could someone nudge me in the right direction... file attached.

I just want to be able to add a number and for it to appear in the spreadsheet. Thanks so much

Roy, far from having more questions, you uncovered the code I needed and I know just enough to modify the form to my requirements.

Thank you ever so much Roy. That small bit of info you passed onto me was probably so obvious to you but it was everything I needed.

Thank you kind sir, a virtual pint is on its way.
