    Excel cannot complete this task with available resources.

    "Excel cannot complete this task with available resources. Choose less data or close other applications"

    Any ideas?

    I've got a macro which does it's thing... and then i get an error with the above.

    This occurs when i perform the action: "Filldown"..

    I dont think it's related though. The spreadsheet is somewhat big, but not very..

    hope someone has a solution

    problem i guess was with my ram.
    So simply you can close the workbook and then reopen the workbook and then continue your macro.

    so somewhere in between your macro, call the below subroutine:
