Leith was kind enough to to put a great combo box together for me (see attached). Is it possible for the drop down list to open on type or do you always have to click the arrow?

Do you mean autofill? If so you need to use a ComboBox from the Controls ToolBox

The following event code will automaticlly drop the list when the cursor is placed in the control. This has been added to the attached worksheet.
