Angle addition

Hi,
I have a culumn of Latitudes (12° 34' 41" for example) to which I wish to add 0° 0' 12" , 0° 0' 7" and other angles all in seconds ( " ).
Can you help me?

I know it, but so I must reconvert the numbers into angles later, I was searching for a function that make this automatic (angle addition or second addition, it's good the same for me. Can someone post a module that do this please? thanks
