Msgbox not Appearing Upon Opening Excel File

Why isn't this working? I am sure this is the code where you open a workbook, a pop up msgbox contains "Hello" text will appear. For my case, it has no respond.

My filename is Book1.xls. Does the filename affect this?

I have copied this very code in Sheet1 tab.

    Help.

The code actually needs to be in the "ThisWorkbook" section of code, not sheet 1.

    See attached.

Ah, I get what you mean. Thanks beeawwb.

    Now,
    1. How do I get the text centered allignment? The default is left indented.
    2. How do I insert a picture on this pop up window? Is .jpeg able to insert? Or at least an object like shapes or textbox.

    For example (with centered allignment),

    By: Edmund.
    Location: World.
    Special Thanks to: Karen, Sophia.

And also, there is a picture of a logo company at the top left corner of the pop up window.
