    Conditional Format Array from single cell

    in the attached workbook, I need to format columns F:AR based on the value of E. This needs to be done for rows 16:65
    =IF$E$16<80, Row 16 RED
    =IF$E$16>=80, Row 16 GREEN
    =IF$E$16>100, Row 16 BLUE
    Can this be done with a single line of code, or do I have to conditionally format each row?
    thanks,
