Update from one workbook to another

I'm trying to write a vbscript that will allow me to update data from one workbook to another...

What I have is a sheet for tracking first pass yield (parts made vs parts reworked) though a machine shop on a daily basis. I now need to have that sheet roll into another workbook that will allow me to see first pass yield for the week, month, and year. I would like to use the daily sheet as a template and have a "update" button to run a script to copy to the montly/yearly workbook and then automaticaly delete the "template". Can Anyone HELP!!!???
