Compare 2 excel files, report MISSING and DUP records

I would like some help from the experts on how to COMPARE records from one excel file with recordss in another excel file which has several worksheets.

COMP1: one worksheet with several columns
COMP2: several worksheets with similar columns as COMP1


I would like to compare each row in COMP1 with every row in all the worksheets in COMP2, and output MISSING and DUPLICATED rows in OUTPUT file.

Will VLOOKUP help me? Or do I need a macro?

I am attaching sample COMP1, COMP2 and OUT files. I have highlighted in RED the duplicate record in COMP2. OUT also shows records (CCC) in COMP1 that does not appear any of the sheets in COMP2.
