Run Macro to select cells with value =1

I have a need and thanks in advance to everyone who can help me with this:
Run a macro to copy from cell B2 in worksheet2, then paste that into every cell that has the value = 1 in worksheet1.Range("B2:Z40"). Cells in range B2:Z40 will be updated each week with the value varied from 1 to 10.

I tried what Dave instructed but it does not seem to work for me. I am attaching the sample doc. I have changed a bit to shrink the database smaller. In Sheet1, range B6:L17 contains numbers = 1;2;3;4 & NA. A macro I am looking for is to copy cell B6 in Sheet3 and paste the image contained in B6 to all cells with the value = 1 in Sheet1. Then copy B7 in Sheet3, paste it into all cells with value =2 in Sheet1. Continue the rest with value 3, 4 and NA.
And maybe a separate macro to delete all images in Sheet1 (to reset the data).

I could not help but notice, your original question is not the same as what you really wanted.
