Copying and Pasting set range of cells

I am trying to copy a range A11:Z21 into A4:Z4 one row at a time. I have a set of calculations in AA4:AZ4 then I want to paste value the results back into the corresponding row.

So first copy A11:Z11 into A4:Z4, then copy AA4:AZ4 and paste values into AA11:AZ11. Next copy A12:Z12 into A4:Z4, then copy AA4:AZ4 and paste values into AA12:AZ12 and so on for rows 11 through 21.

    Thanks

    Adrian

Thanks Don, I misread the OP, thought it as going back to the original data. My bad.
